How do you encourage people to break their habits and try new things at Subway?
You do it with a Twitter bot that suggests completely random Subway suggestion! All as @Replies to fans. It’s a fun way to get our biggest fans to try something new and explore some of the more, how shall we say, unique flavour combinations…
